More About Me
I have always been into fitness. I did karate when I was younger and that is where I learned basic calisthenics. After doing this for years, I wanted more from my body than bodyweight exercises had to offer. I began exercising in the gym, and like most beginners, I was absolutely terrible at it. Over the years I grew and learned, and learned and grew, making just about every single mistake in the book along the way. Learning from my mistakes and never giving up allowed me to see progress and eventually reach many of my goals. I want to do the same for every person out there and make it easier for them to achieve their goals.
